WCG Festival 2024

World Cyber Games (WCG) 2024 marked the comeback of one of the most iconic global esports festivals, hosted in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event featured international tournaments, interactive booths, sponsor activations, and fan engagement programs that brought together players, creators, and fans from around the world. As the Main Project Officer, I supported the Project Manager in leading and executing multiple key areas, including stage activities, sparring zones, on-ground sponsor booths, merchandise sales, fan meeting sessions, and F&B areas. I coordinated with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure every activation was delivered smoothly and aligned with client expectations. On-site, I supervised operational teams, monitored timelines, and solved challenges quickly to keep the festival experience seamless for both fans and partners. Through this role, I gained critical hands-on experience in managing complex multi-activity events at an international scale, strengthening my skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.
