Oppo Smooth Legends Cup was a brand activation esports tournament designed to engage the Mobile Legends community while showcasing Oppo’s latest smartphone. The competition featured exciting matches between top-tier teams and local talents, combined with interactive activities for fans both online and offline. As a Project Officer, I supported end-to-end execution by coordinating vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring stage and broadcast readiness. I also handled documentation, permits, and reporting to keep the project aligned with client expectations. On event day, I provided on-ground support for player care, guest handling, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operations throughout the tournament. This role gave me hands-on experience in balancing brand objectives with esports tournament execution, strengthening my skills in event management and client servicing.
