Garena Youth Championship 2024

Garena Youth Championship 2024 was an esports tournament aimed at nurturing young Free Fire talents across Indonesia, providing a platform for new players to showcase their skills on a professional stage. The event combined competitive matches with community engagement, creating a strong pipeline for the next generation of esports athletes. As Project Manager, I handled the tournament end-to-end — from the pitching stage to final execution. My responsibilities included developing the initial proposal, budgeting, coordinating vendors and stakeholders, overseeing league operations, broadcast production, and on-ground event execution. I also ensured smooth communication with Garena as the main client, delivering reports and aligning closely with their objectives. The success of this event highlighted the importance of strong planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration in delivering a professional yet community-driven esports tournament.
