Free Fire World Series SEA 2024 Fall

Free Fire World Series (FFWS) SEA 2024 Fall was one of the biggest regional esports tournaments, bringing together the best Free Fire teams from across Southeast Asia to compete in Surabaya, Indonesia. The event attracted massive audiences both onsite and online, showcasing Indonesia’s role as a key hub for esports in the region. As the Main Project Officer, I was directly responsible for supporting end-to-end operations — from planning and budgeting, to vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground execution. I managed documentation tools (timelines, checklists, vendor lists), ensured broadcast and stage readiness, and acted as the key liaison between the client (Garena), production teams, and stakeholders. During the event, I also oversaw player care, guest handling, and troubleshooting to maintain smooth operations. This role gave me comprehensive hands-on experience in running an international esports tournament, while building a solid foundation in large-scale project management.
