Free Fire Nusantara Series (FFNS) 2025 Spring marked another milestone in Indonesia’s esports journey, with the Grand Final held offline in Medan. The tournament brought together the top 12 Free Fire teams from across the country, competing for the national title in front of an energetic live audience and thousands of online viewers. As Project Manager, I oversaw the full execution of the event — from stage design, tournament operations, and broadcast management to vendor coordination and on-ground crowd control. Despite challenges, the event delivered a professional and exciting experience for fans, teams, and partners, showcasing the growth of Free Fire’s competitive ecosystem. This event also provided valuable learnings for improvement, which were applied to future editions, ensuring continuous innovation and better fan experiences.
